What You Can Expect

At your first appointment, we start by listening — learning why you’re here, what your goals are, and how we can help you reach them. We’ll complete a full movement assessment to see how you move and identify areas for improvement.

Your treatment plan is completely individualized, using the right mix of techniques — from soft tissue work and dry needling to chiropractic adjustments, mobilization, and targeted exercise.

What sets Shift Chiropractic apart is our hybrid model of care. Alongside in-person sessions, you’ll receive ongoing online support with your exercise program, progress tracking, and direct messaging to keep you consistent and confident between visits. Each follow-up builds on your progress — refining movement, advancing your rehab, and keeping you on track toward your goals.
